years she dreamed of TEDx

The challenge

A 10-year dream of the TEDx stage.

Dr. Byerly is a double board-certified anesthesiologist and neuroanesthesiologist on faculty at UT Southwestern in Dallas. After her own burnout, she began helping women leaders reclaim their joy and energy. She had wanted a TEDx stage for 10 years, but needed the right positioning, the right event, and an application that stood out.

The strategy

A clear throughline and the right stage.

We uncovered her throughline, how trauma can become a catalyst for transformation, refined a concept that blends her medical expertise, lived experience, and coaching, and matched it with a trauma-focused TEDx event in Los Angeles.

Dr. Stephanie

The result

Two acceptances. Zero lost momentum.

In under 30 days, she was selected for a TEDx event in Los Angeles. When that event was canceled, we did not wait. Three days later, she was accepted to another TEDx stage. Her idea is developed, her talk is written, and she has already been featured on top podcasts. Now she is simply waiting to step on stage in California in March 2027.
