These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of bestbranding.solutions and the services of Best Branding Solutions, LLC ("BBS," "we," "us"), including brand strategy, the 90-Day Authority Accelerator, TEDx coaching, TV and media placements, podcast launch and production, and book services (together, the "Services"). By using our website or Services, you agree to these Terms.
By using our website, submitting an application, or purchasing Services, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you act on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to accept these Terms for it.
BBS helps credentialed experts become known authorities in their fields. Our Services include:
Brand strategy and positioning. Your personal brand, online presence, website, and messaging, reviewed and aligned for congruence.
90-Day Authority Accelerator. Our flagship program combining brand, website, podcast launch, a TV appearance, TEDx applications, and starting your book.
TEDx coaching. Event identification, application guidance, talk writing, rehearsal, and stage presence. Clients submit their own applications.
TV and media. Segments with partner stations, plus interview coaching.
Podcast launch and production. Setup, editing, distribution, and video clips.
Book services. Branded book proposals for traditional publishing, and book coaching, ghostwriting, editing, and launch packages for self-publishing.
The scope, deliverables, timeline, and price of each engagement are set out in your written proposal or service agreement. If your agreement conflicts with these Terms, your agreement controls.
Submitting an application does not create a client relationship. We review applications at our discretion and accept a limited number of new clients each quarter. An engagement begins only when you sign a service agreement and pay any required deposit.
Your results depend on your participation. You agree to:
Provide accurate, complete information and the materials we request.
Review and approve work within the timelines in your agreement.
Attend scheduled sessions, recordings, and appearances, and prepare as coached.
Use our website and Services only for lawful purposes.
Delays caused by missed deadlines or unavailable materials may extend timelines and do not entitle you to a refund.
We are committed to your results, but outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including event organizers, producers, publishers, platforms, and audiences. Unless your written agreement expressly states a guarantee, we do not guarantee:
Acceptance to any TEDx event or other stage.
Specific media placements, air dates, or audience size.
Book sales, rankings, reviews, or publishing contracts.
Podcast downloads, followers, revenue, or return on investment.
Any guarantee in your agreement applies only on the conditions it states, including your timely completion of your responsibilities.
Fees and payment schedules are set out in your proposal or agreement and are due as invoiced. Because our work involves reserved capacity and third-party commitments, fees are non-refundable once work has begun, unless your agreement states otherwise. Late payment may pause Services. A chargeback filed without first contacting us may result in suspension of Services and collection of amounts owed.
Our website content, frameworks, coaching materials, templates, and processes belong to BBS or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or distribute them without our written consent.
You keep ownership of the content you provide, such as your story, talk, manuscript, and media, and you give us permission to use it as needed to deliver the Services. Ownership of final deliverables transfers to you upon full payment, as described in your agreement.
With your permission, we may feature your name, photo, testimonial, and results, such as a TEDx talk, TV segment, or podcast, in our portfolio and marketing. You may withdraw permission for future use at any time by emailing us.
Our website chat assistant uses artificial intelligence to answer general questions. Its responses are for information only, may contain errors, and are not offers, quotes, or commitments. Only a signed agreement binds BBS.
By submitting your contact information, you agree that we may contact you by email or phone about your application, inquiry, and Services. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email.
We send text messages only to people who opt in separately. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Our website and Services may involve third-party sites, platforms, and partners, such as podcast platforms, TV stations, and event organizers. We do not control their content, policies, or decisions, and we are not responsible for them.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BBS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost revenue, opportunities, data, or reputation, arising from your use of our website or Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to that claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BBS and its owners, team members, and partners from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, content you provide, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Either party may end an engagement as described in your agreement. We may suspend or end Services if you breach these Terms or your agreement, if payments are not made as agreed, or if we determine the relationship is no longer a fit. Fees for work already performed remain due, and no refund is issued for termination due to breach.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law rules. We will first try to resolve any dispute through good-faith discussion. If it remains unresolved, it will be settled by binding arbitration in North Carolina under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here with a new effective date. Your continued use of our website or Services means you accept the updated Terms.
